After putting up with government imbecility, badly performed cover ups, political correctness gone mad and the illegality of being British I have decided to leave the country. I have handed in my notice at my day job, will be becoming a full time freelance writer and will be hot footing it over to America for a bit before mozeying on across to Australia.Things have just got that little bit too much depressing in this country. I really love York, I like living here, but the amount we are taxed is absolutely insane, barely anywhere else in the world comes close. Our government is run by imbeciles, and our local councils are made up of people with noting better to do in their free time, so cause more cockups than can be counted in a gay gangbang starring the population of china. Its not often that I wonder about the depths that humanity can reach, but recent evidence uncovered around Melbourne in Australia that the bush fires which have claimed the lives of over 180 people may have been started by arsonists.These fires have displaced over 3000 people from their homes and injured over 1000. The fact that this devestation could be a calculated man made travesty sickens me. How could someone calculatingly start fires in the blistering heats currently affecting Australia and still look these people in the face.My deepest condolences and well wishes go out to the families and those affected by these devastating bush fires which are sweeping the areas around Melbourne.I sincerely hope the police in Australia find the arsonist/s behind these fires as soon as possible, before things become even worse.
